Rehearsals for St John Passion by Bob Chilcott are well underway. With the ghost of J S Bach looming over his shoulder, it is a brave composer who will tackle writing a new setting of āThe St. John Passionā, yet Bob Chilcott has done just that. Sat 16th March, St Marys Portsea.

Portsmouth Choral Union is delighted to announce our next concert in St Marys Portsea. Maurice DuruflĆ©ās hauntingĀ RequiemĀ is one of the most beautiful of 20th century choral masterpieces. In the organ loft will be Ian Richardson bringing his very special magic to the accompaniment.
