Good advice Clinical Academics in SLT don’t hold back. Academics, certainly clinical academics always happy to talk about ideas and help with applications for PhD and funding (two separate processes). Get in touch. Adult SLT PD COMM trial SLPeeps

My lovely fellow SLTs LucyRoebuckSaez and Hannah Goodman The Walton Centre write about their experiences participating in the multi-centre PD COMM trial! A great example how SLTs can be research-active alongside clinical practice, including the benefits and challenges along the way 💫

The PD COMM #trial closed to recruitment due to the impact of COVID restrictions and we are now completing 12 month follow ups. Analysis of results this summer and a virtual meeting later this year. Look out for trial publications later this year and into 2022 #PDCOMM #SLT
