Portland City Council approved the extension of current PCL large grants from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, with up to a 25% reduction from current year funding. Future large grants were sent back to PCL's Allocation Committee for reconsideration. portlandchildrenslevy.org/news/city-coun…
