"I don't have the time!" 🤷‍♀️ We hear and say it all the time. What we mean: "I don't have the energy!" or "I am not interested (enough)!" What looks like a time management problem, isn't. It's prioritizing yourself and your needs. It's not selfish; it's self-care.
