4 Chinese coast guard vessels have been spotted breaching restricted waters near Taiwan's Kinmen islands both yesterday and today (4/10-4/11). Taiwan's coast guard reports that so far this year, there have been 68 instances of China's coast guard entering these waters.

Taiwan's Coast Guard is busy again...they're reporting 4 Chinese Coast Guard vessels (14515, 14603, 14608 & 14609) entering waters near Kinmen at 1400 on 4/17. Taiwan says its matching China's intrusions ship for ship and will continue to intercept these vessels. So far in
