What a great Sunday morning training exercise! Both our Pulfer & Pett Tornado boats were busy doing comprehensive training across many different scenarios! All our volunteers are committed to always being #rescueready for any situation at any time.#indylifeboat #savinglivesatsea

Near the end of our training exercise this morning, we were tasked to assist Hastings Lifeboat in the search of a missing person between Cliff End and Hastings. After an extensive search and no-one found we were stood down by Solent CG. #rescueready #indylifeboat #savinglivesatsea

Our local shingle beaches are home to many submerged hazards. With the very strong seasonal high tides and recent storms, many such hazards are being moved along the beaches or are being exposed as the shingle shifts. So please #takecare and stay #beachaware.

A busy morning at the boathouse! During training, our crews were tasked by HM Coastguard to attend an incident of a dog in the water at Rye Harbour. Happily, crews were stood down as both the dog & owner were safe on shore. #rescueready #indyrescueboat #SavingLivesatSea
