Very happy to represent my country for the first time yesterday as Wales Vets Football 50’s beat RAF 50’s 6-0 😁❤️⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Bit tired now!…Won both matches this morning for Penarth Windsor LTC Men’s Vets 2nds 6-3 6-1 & 6-0 7-5 in an overall 3-1 win v Bridgend Vets & then straight to Pencoed Vets v top of the league Llantwit Fardre 40’s. Lost 7-0 but ran nearly 6 miles in ⚽️ after nearly 4 miles in 🎾😅

Saturday 8th February saw our O40s & O50s host the RAF FA at Ocean Park Arena Two great games played in great spirit with wins for both Wales teams Wales also donating to LOROS Hospice in memory of David ‘Geordie’ Salkeld ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚽️ #VetsFootball

Full on day of sport today 😅 Started with 3.5 hours of tennis as Penarth Windsor LTC hosted Bridgend Tennis 🎾 Very narrow team loss; personally beat 3rds 6-1 6-2 but lost v 1sts 6-2 3-6 10-6. Straight to Newport for Newport >50’s v Continental Vets FC ⚽️ Won 5-4 & scored 2 goals 💪😁

Over 50s Four Nations Congratulations to all selected by manager Andrew York for this weekends O50 Four Nations being hosted by Andrew Cranch at Cheshire County Sports Club Wales start against Scotland before playing N. Ireland & finish against England #VetsFootball ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚽️

The 2025 >50’s Home Nations was hosted by Andrew Cranch A great team of Wales Vets Football players & staff finished runners up by a point losing 2-0 to Scotland but beating NI 3-0 & beating England 2-1 ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
