While on another tasking, the crew of Police45 snapped this image of a very cold looking Portmore Lough! Cold dips have grown in popularity over the last few years but in this weather please be sensible and always follow the advice from HM Coastguard


P45 were on task this afternoon supporting colleagues in Police Newry, Mourne and Down following a Road traffic collision in the area of the Mourne Mountains. Please continue to exercise caution on the roads when out and about.



Assisted our colleagues in Police Fermanagh and Omagh yesterday, which included a transit over the Sperrins. Quite a lot of trees down, possibly the result from Storm รowyn. Now with Storm Herminia on the way, please take care.





Police46 has been busy today assisting Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service to get an overview of the current wildfire situation. Earlier today the helicopter attended the Mournes to lift members of the fire service, and this evening we assisted fire service at Ballygawley. Police Mid Ulster


Today we assisted Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service in assessing the current situation with the fires in the Mournes. Bear in mind this isnโt even all of the devastation the fires have caused.
