Local community officers have been conducting hand-held radar speed detection in the Allandale area. The public are reminded that the 20MPH speed restriction is compulsory and not advisory. Excessive speed will be dealt with by penality points or being reported to the courts.

Larbert community officers, with assistance from local and national units, executed two drug search warrants at properties within Larbert. A 26 year old and 29 year old male have been reported for drug offences and approximately £6000 worth of class B drugs have been seized.

In response to speeding complaints, local community officers PC Hannah Valentine and PC James Millar have been in Falkirk Road, Bonnybridge, Nethermains Road, Denny and Stirling Street, Dunipace conducting handheld radar speed detection.

Denny community officers, executed a drugs search warrant in the Denny area. A 33 year old male and a 20 year old female have both been arrested and charged for concern in the supply of controlled drugs. A substantial amount of Class A drugs has been recovered

Bonnybridge and Banknock community officers have been working with the local community and conducted enquiries into the recent break in at Bankier Sports Hall, Bog Road, Banknock. Today a male youth has been traced and charged for this offence.
