The A77 has reopened between Bellfield and Grassyards, Kilmarnock, following a two-vehicle crash reported to police around 2.45pm on Wednesday, 14 May. Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital as a precaution.

Around 11.35am on Thursday, 15 May, 2025, we were made aware of a wildfire on Rigg Road, Cumnock. Emergency services attended and there were no reports of any injuries. There is no further police action.
