Child passenger safety seat check events in Troop E during the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration “Click It or Ticket” campaign.

Tpr. Cindy Schick, retired Tpr. Ed Schick, and retired Sgt. Tracy Dinger joined other local officers for a basketball game against the Erie Co. Special Olympics team! Even though we lost, we had a great night!!!🏀🚔💙

Troop E participated in Kids Safety Day at the Old Navy on Peach Street. A good time was had by all.

Tpr. Bingman participated in a “Know Your Rights” event at the Greene Township municipal building. The event was organized by State Rep. Robert Merski and attended by Erie Co DA Elizabeth Hirz, Erie Co Sheriff Chris Campanella and Deputy Sheriff Devine.

The Titusville Area School District, PSP, Titusville PD, Titusville FD, Emergycare, and Shambaugh’s Towing teamed up this morning for a pre-prom mock crash! Students watched first responders work a crash scene, while learning how their choices can affect the rest of their lives.

Trooper Schick teamed up with several colleges, businesses, and military branches for Titusville High School career fair!!! I may have found some future Troopers!

Tpr. Schick and SRO Schick (retired Trooper) spent the day at Union City High School educating students on PSP. There may be some future Troopers in this group.

Troop E State Police Memorial Day Ceremony! Remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 💙🇺🇸💙

Corporal Johnson along with Troopers Shiley, Falco and Bingman fingerprinted all Sandycreek Elementary kindergarten students and sent them home with the start of a child identification kit.

In celebration of Police Week the Corry YMCA invited Troopers to their facility for snacks and to hangout with some pretty cool kids. The kids were able to checkout the police car and play with the lights and sirens!

Team Erie completed 10.5 miles for the Special Olympics Torch Run. The event is a three day event starting in Pittsburgh and ending in State College. The entire run is 150 miles. We had 8 Troopers from Troop E participate.

Tpr. Schick attended career day with 3rd graders at Corry Intermediate School! The kids loved the lights, sirens, and stickers, but I think their favorite part was when a couple teachers tried on the handcuffs. The kids were awesome and the teachers were good sports.💙🚔🧐

Another fun Career Day! I spent the morning at Victory Elementary School in Venango County! It’s always a fight to see who gets to stand by Tpr. Schick! 💙🚔💙

Troop E participated in the “PennDOT Welcome Center Safety Day” at the welcome center on Interstate 90 westbound just inside Pennsylvania from New York.

It’s Camp Cadet graduation day! I’m so proud of these kids. Camp Cadet is not your normal summer camp, we push these kids to their limits. We have seen tears, sweat, and lots of determination! The transformation from Sunday-Friday definitely makes the staff proud!

Troop E Camp Cadet graduation was held Friday, June 13th at Allegheny College. 60 youth spent the week with Troopers.

This year the athlete awards for Camp Cadet were made to honor Tpr. Jacques F. Rougeau Jr. He was a great athlete and attended camp. He gave the ultimate sacrifice on June 17, 2023. This years recipients for the Tpr. Rougeau Athlete Award are Cadet Zacherl and Cadet Kafferlin.
