Jack Kosmicki You would think that there should be examples where deep learning would eventually do better than a linear PRS, e.g., in Alzheimer's disease polygenic risk, where some haplotypes (e.g., APOE4) are known to interact with local (and global) ancestry in a way that affects risk.
