A very alarming, but not too surprising report. Query why there had to be a deep dive to get the info as opposed to the agencies voluntarily reporting and modifying. Look into whether there is a culture of denial and burying the ineffectiveness (and negligence) of the agencies.

Very shameful Manitoba's NDP. It’s a bipartisan issue throughout Canada. It’s very concerning when one party does not want to support a bill simply because a competing party brings it. It’s not too late to course correct.

I’ve encountered this numerous times. In one example an abusive parent was obstructing life saving care where the child could have died from an acute issue. It also can come in other variations. It isn’t given nearly enough attention. It ought to be a giant red flag.
