Last week, our team did a taste test with students at Woodbridge HS to see if there would be interest in adding Fish Tacos to the #SchoolLunch menu! The recipe, featuring local catfish topped with a cilantro lime coleslaw, was a hit with students! PWCS #ThinkLocalThursdays
