Unlike lumbar radicular pain, cervical radicular pain can be felt in places other than the limb. If your pt presents with scapular pain 1) screen standard neuro exam 2) Look for any muscle wastage 3) Test the neck as an attempt to reproduce pain. 4) Consider pain descriptors
