Gerrard Phillips Unsurprising that Taylor should hold this view. As you say, PFI was a catastrophe the last time around. My hospital cost over a 1B to build just over a decade ago. The calculated total repayment will be 6B (not allowing for fluctuations in interest rates). Bonkers.
