Today youth advocated for the Building Opportunities in Out-of-School Time (BOOST) bill championed by Mary Ann Shallcross Smith Representative Rhode Island House of Representatives & @alanadimario.bsky.social Rhode Island Senate (H5976/S870). Increased investments are needed to expand access to HQ programs & build sustain an effective OST workforce.
