A lot of people ask me why women's day still matter? Look at your home and what you do when your maid goes on a leave and you have your answer. Look around and see how many women are on the leadership positions and you have your answer. You dont need to know more than this.

I counted. 100 posts related to #IWD - i.e. International Women's Day where companies have posted photos with women in their teams - they are either giving them flowers or giving them chocolates. Some cutting cakes also (God knows why). So, me is attempting something simple.

Unpopular opinion: Women don't come back home from work - they come back to another oppressive workplace. An 8 hour day should be followed by rest & leisure. Shame on men who glorify this exploitation as love just so they can continue to laze around guilt free.
