FRESHMAN ATHLETES: There’s a difference between sore and hurt. Academics comes first. No matter how athletic you are, your work ethic matters. Be a good teammate. Coach is not the bad guy. Go hard in the weight room. Learn to use a planner. ENJOY every second of the hard stuff!
