It’s been hard for Pamela Agar and me to say goodbye to colleagues St George's, University of London (1752-2024) this week. Thank you for inspiring us with your achievements, especially while making such an impact through Covid, and for offering me trust and flexibility as I’ve learnt to be a working mum.

That's a wrap! After four years at St George's, University of London (1752-2024), it's finally time to say goodbye. Our brilliant colleagues showed their camaraderie, community and care by giving Caroline Davis and I such a special send off - complete with branded cake and the best artwork ever!

My boy and I just cycled part of the i Coast and Castles route from Newcastle to Berwick-upon-tweed. Such a special three days together. 165km cycled, several cake stops, incredible beaches, one rather stressful puncture and his first ever pub quiz! So much fun!

Finally introduced my youngest to the Rock for her 10th birthday 😍💙💛 She loved it as much as I do! Thank you Come From Away UK 👏
