It was great to welcome representatives from the South Carolina Aquarium to the State House last month to present the Governor’s Proclamation naming today S.C. Aquarium Day! Thank you for all you do for statewide STEM education, environmental stewardship, conservation, and recreation.

We must protect our farmers and our SC farmland. We can’t let CCP buy up American farms, full stop. Whether through a family or conservation trust, we should continue to look for ways to ensure our valuable farmland stays in the hands of South Carolinians and Americans.
