Love this. We all worry about having those awkward conversations. For me, it’s about preparation and thinking about other perspectives. I’m banging a drum for ‘contextual wisdom’ Forum Strategy because it really is key to providing safe spaces to converse and resolve issues.

Our Children’s Parliamentarians are very excited for their day at Bagthorpe! Bagthorpe Primary School #Transform

Two days until INSET Day, a day of sharing knowledge across the trust. Continuous learning is deeply important for both pupils and staff, whether by exploring new strategies, building relationships, or deepening understanding of children's needs #TogetherWeLearn Transform Applied

Only 2 days until the whole trust comes together for INSET day. We’re getting ready to embrace collaboration, learning to build even stronger relationships with families and local communities for the benefit of our children! #TogetherWeLearn Transform Trust

On INSET day we're welcoming Dr Rachel Lehner-Mear as keynote speaker on parent/carer engagement. She'll be discussing questions such as: Does engagement mean the same in all family contexts? How can we develop a family centric approach to engagement? #TogetherWeLearn Transform Trust

Ahead of Transform Trust’s INSET day Director of Engagement Rebecca Williamson shares what has inspired her to bring together tomorrows line up and the impact she believes it will have on all staff, parent/carers and local communities. #TogetherWeLearn Transform Trust

Today we're incredibly proud to see all the wonderful things children across the trust have been doing for #ChildrenInNeed. From danceathons to fancy dress to pulling silly faces, they have gone above and beyond in showing kindness and generosity to others! BBC Children in Need

Some recent school trips have shown how real-world experiences help to make learning memorable and meaningful: William Booth School canoeing at PGL, Ravensdale Junior School headed to Shropshire for abseiling/target shooting, Zaytouna Primary School learning about Mayan civilisation at Cadbury World

We were honoured to join the Transform Trust Children's Parliament meeting at Ashbrook Junior School today, where we explored how diversity, equity and inclusion all work together to create a sense of #belonging. Watching these young people engage with big ideas was really inspiring!

This was fantastic! It’s amazing to see the children taking ownership of DEIB within their schools. I am so proud of how much DEIB is being embedded across Transform Trust They had amazing ideas and I can’t wait to see this develop.

Today we have been supporting and facilitating a special BBC visit to Tudor Grange Worcs, where @laurablindkilde, one of the iconic Lionesses began her journey! Wonderful to hear from the teachers who inspired her and young women inspired by her. BBC Hereford & Worcester #ambitionforall Tom Edwards ✍️🎙️👨💻

This week we supported Holgate Primary School as they welcomed the High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire, Nick Rubins. He raised awareness for his chosen charity, #BrighterFuturesThroughSport, and inspired pupils to aim high! He told them: “Anyone can do good work in their community!” #mentalwellbeing

Wonderful to see! Well done to the KS2 choir at Allenton Primary
