Yesterday we found out that a BGE inspector falsified safety inspections. We deserve to know if our utilities are safe, especially when BGE uses safety to justify rate hikes. The Council wrote to BGE to get the full report. We will hold a hearing. Baltimore deserves better.

🚨Today, I joined my colleagues in calling for a hearing to address serious concerns about BGE’s inspection practices & rising utility costs being passed onto residents. I’ll continue to push for honest answers, communication, & stronger protections that put people over profits!
