We read the book Mirror Mirror by Marilyn Singer, and then students made their own reverso poems. Our minds were blown, and these kids are amazing poets! 🤯🤯🤯 #ParksideDreamTeam

I adapted a problem from NRICH maths to introduce our lesson on 2-d shapes. It ended up being trickier than I expected, but there was lots of great thinking happening as partners discussed which shapes to put in the empty boxes. #thinkingclassroom #parksidedreamteam

Yesterday we did the New Tech Network card called The Best Answer protocol and added our work to our growing poetry PBL board. This was a great protocol that I’m definitely going to use again! It made the kids really think & used so many deeper learning skills! #ParksideDreamTeam
