Police dispatchers receive multiple accidental 911 calls from children using deactivated cell phones. Teach your child the importance of 911 and when it should be used. Monitor your child's use of the phone. This allows 911 lines to be available for those in an actual emergency.

Going to 4th Fest saves you $ because you don’t have to buy hundreds of $ worth of fireworks and later pay fines when PPD observes you igniting them. & unless you upset your spouse at 4th Fest, you will only be spending the night in the dog house instead of jail or a hospital
