May not be understanding this… but… the gov’t uses taxpayer $ to build and maintain roads, and then charges taxpayers again via tolls to use the roads… didn’t we already pay for the roads in the first place? Why pay to use a road we built?

Money hungry politicians in Richmond have made the decision to toll lanes of I 64 in Hampton and Newport News. Definitely a great solution for our growing infrastructure problems in the region… and nice to know our government is just profiting from the congestion.
