Yes, this is a normal bone marrow mast cell! A bit elusive, but look closely within or near spicules, and you'll likely see one. Mast cells have some resemblance to basophils. Check out Kyle Bradley, MD's excellent post on how to distinguish the two: x.com/KyleBradleyMD/…
