I had a great time today hosting my first Gut Health Seminar at F45 Training Glasgow, which focused on optimising gut health for athletic performance. It was lovely to have some interesting discussions with such an enthusiastic group of people!

I’ve had a wonderful few days at the Computational Mass Spectrometry Workshop at the IOCB Prague. It was great to hear from the software developers and discuss the different approaches used to analyse mass spec data! mzmine
