I wrote a #rsync GUI in #Java back in 2015 called #JotaSync. Ever since I have planned for an update and made some fruitless efforts too. But today I ran my first #backup with the next version based on #NetBeans Platform and #JavaFX. Still very rough around the edges though

Hi #JavaFX, did I miss something? Starting with #JDK22 with bundled JavaFX modules, I'm unable to build my projects. Getting "package does not exist" & "cannot find symbol". Adding the dependency to the pom "solves" the problem, but I would like to go the bundled way. RT 🙏

Hi #javafx! I've a problem using <#maven.compiler.release>21</maven.compiler.release> with Azul #jdk 23 with bundled javafx & without declaring javafx dependencies. "package does not exist, cannot find symbol" for javafx. source & target works fine. Simon Ritter Gerrit Grunwald 🇺🇦🇹🇼✌🏻
