Mrs. Xi’s Chinese classes got a taste of culture during a hands-on cooking lesson! 🍜🥟 Students tried their hand at making dumplings and cooking with a hotpot. In addition to having a blast, it was a delicious way to explore Chinese culture and tradition! 🇨🇳

Our Aerospace Engineering students wrapped up the year with guest speaker United Airlines Captain Mr. John Keiser. From flying in high school to Navy ROTC to the cockpit of a 777, he shared career insights and stories of flying relief missions. Inspiring! ✈️
