This Labour Government is ending no fault evictions for good!

I am proud our Labour Government are standing up for renters where the Tories failed. Sadly ballooning rents in the private rented sector is still a barrier & can even lead to economic evictions. Which is why I’ve laid a rent stabilisation amendment to the Renters’ Reform Bill.

The Renters’ Rights Bill is a welcome piece of legislation that has been a long time coming. I am proud that our Labour government is stepping up where the Conservatives failed. I spoke to the Big Issue about my amendments to the Bill and why they are important 👇
