Over 50 million girls in Eastern and Southern Africa were married before the age of 18. This illustrates the urgency to end child marriage and the reason, together with UNFPA East and Southern Africa, we are convening CSOs from 22 countries to collectively strategize efforts to #EndChildMarriage.

We are more effective when we work in partnerships to advance the agenda to #endchildmarriage in the region.
