If today is #AtheistDay, which apparently it is, then in celebration here's something I found to be so powerful when I first read it that I printed it out and framed it at the age of 19. Over 20 years later I still agree with it and forcefully believe we need to vanquish poverty.

Why are people hating on #ThePremise? I really liked the first two episodes a lot and thought they were funny and clever. Seems like folks are overthinking the title and digging into the 30 min plots far too deeply in search of something to dislike. Am I wrong?

What I don't get is how it used to be normal for a family of 4 to have a middle class income and a standard house with only one parent employed, where vacations were normal, and now decades later after productivity has more than doubled, that lifestyle is even harder to achieve.
