🚨🚨🚨In 2007 Congress passed a law that banned all bulbs under 45 lumens/watt (an incandescent bulb is 15 lumens/watt). The Department of Energy in 2022 made the final rule to go into effect in 2023 (which it did). In 2024 a new rule passed which will go into effect in 2028
