Mr. Sporleder's DDP students competed in annual PCS Regatta yesterday. There was some floating, some sinking, some turbulent waters, but definitely a ton of fun! Congrats to Parker Tallman & Toby Rockcastle for making it to other end of pool without sinking in the fastest time.
1st Day of School is filled w/ an array of emotions - excitement, trepidation, nervousness - & everything in between. The truth of the matter is...we really missed our students over summer break. Our buildings, hallways, classrooms & athletic fields aren't the same without them.
As you know, our Throwback Thursday photos are dedicated to celebrating (and maybe embarrassing) our seniors! We hope you'll enjoy going down memory lane with them - and us - throughout the school year! #PrideInTheHive #ClassOf2026
After a long break, we love seeing our students and school personnel reconnecting with one another! It helps our students feel valued and loved while also establishing expectations for the remainder of the school year. #PrideInTheHive
On Wednesday, Mrs. Bell challenged her 8th grade "Adulting" students to work together to stack cups without actually touching them. It was a great exercise in communication and teamwork! #PrideInTheHive
Regular bus drills are vital to ensuring that our students are safe in an emergency. Thank you to our incredible transportation team, administrators, and student helpers for leading our younger riders through safety protocols and evacuation drills this morning. #PrideInTheHive
There's nothing, and we mean nothing, better than an old-school flash card war.
You know what we're talking about...the adrenaline, the anticipation, the panic. Props to Mrs. Ferro's 4th graders for being fierce competitors. #PrideInTheHive
We love it when members of the PCS alumni join forces! Maddie (Naschke) Navarra, Class of 2019, is currently completing her student-teaching at Warsaw ES w/ Guy Macaluso, Class of 1985 & instrumental music teacher at WES. #PrideInTheHive #PCSDfamily

Imagine the nerve of our kindergartners, Coach Allen and Coach VonGunden for taking a nature walk on this beautiful day. Honestly, we can't blame them and we wish they had asked us to go! #PrideInTheHive
It was an honor for Perry FFA to host NYS FFA officers, as well as the NYS National Officer Candidate & a National FFA Officer, to PCS this AM! The officers toured the JH high tunnel, chatted with students, and provided insight into how FFA has benefitted them as young leaders.
Fall officially starts today but Mrs. Schneider's 3rd grs got a head start on celebrating last wk! The class attended virtual apple experience through Ag in the Classroom before enjoying honeycrisp apples from Burley Berries and Blooms and apple cider Timbits from Tim Hortons.
We look forward to Mr. Fitch's visit each September to talk about the important work of service organizations like Perry Rotary and pass out dictionaries to each third-grader. Rotary has been keeping this tradition alive for 23 years! #PrideInTheHive
