Perry Softball’s magical run comes to an end with a 5-1 loss to Lakeview. This team made history — top 8 in the state and the farthest postseason finish in school history. We are beyond proud of your fight, heart, and dedication. Thank you for an unforgettable season.

Addy Trefzger finishes as Regional runner-up and is once again state bound in the pole vault! She is the only female athlete in the News Herald coverage area to ever have qualified all four years of her high school career in the pole vault! Go pirates!

The boys 4x100 relay team of Dane Pike, Xavier Jackson, Armani Chiappone and Traxton Richards finishes as regional runners up and qualifies for the State Meet by running a 42.82!! Go Pirates!

Congratulations to elise strahan and Sydney Collins who played in their 100th career varsity softball game today!
