How should we define #alexithymia? In this paper, we study the structure of alexithymia using factor analysis. We find that difficulty daydreaming is not part of alexithymia. Statistically, alexithymia is about difficulties in #emotion processing only. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.11…
