1/4 United Airlines please sort yourselves out. My friend is currently stuck St Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands with a fractured knee fixed and desperately trying to get home to Scotland. They were booked on a medical repatriation flight in which you cancelled due to a broken planeβ¦
2/4 United Airlines you then refused to put them on a flight today from St Thomas in order to get them to Washington (as you said you had none). You have a direct flight from Washington tonight which would have them home in Edinburgh by tomorrowβ¦
3/4 United Airlines the only requirement is that it needs to be first/business as the injured person has no ability to bend and needs a lie flat bedβ¦.
4/4 United Airlines this is highly distressing for the injured person and their family so please help sort this out.
