There needs to be a TSA Precheck equivalent for customer service lines. Let customers prove they're technically competent and get fast-tracked to an actual human who can help with non-standard issues.

Early in my career when I was a Powerpoint jockey in the Fintech 1.0 revolution, we'd joke that every deck was some version of "the pace of change is accelerating!" Those days seem quaint now in the age of AI where the rate of change feels like a vertical line.
