Why not establishing the in vitro EATS bioassay screening (eg OECD TG 455-458) from the pesticide testing also for other endocrine disrupters such as plastic additives, parabens, PFAA or BFRs to have a cheap, high capacity, fast and non animal testing for EDCs/their mixtures?

PFAS are more than 6000 chemicals!. Routinely only a few of them are tested. Is this sufficient to cover their thyroid hormone disrupting activities? Now the PFAS CALUX can cover this PFAS cocktail by exactly this toxic mode of action! More info at [email protected]
