Very happy to share our latest work showcasing a strategic design to perform efficient enzyme engineering with minimal experimental effort (performing mutagenesis of only 7 residues). Work by Sirus Kongjaroon and team tinyurl.com/m4frbm2

Our latest perspective article by Kridsadakorn Nook Prakinee Suppalak Phaisan Sirus Kongjaroon on how to use Ancestral Sequence Reconstruction for enzyme engineering recently published in JACS Au. pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10âĶ

Very happy to see our perspective article (Ancestral Sequence Reconstruction (ASR) for enzyme engineering) on the front over of JACS Au. Congrats Kridsadakorn Nook Prakinee Suppalak Phaisan Sirus Kongjaroon.

Happy to share our latest perspective on flavin-dependent halogenases. Kridsadakorn Nook Prakinee discussed reactions and mechanisms of recently discovered halogenases. We also discussed non-native halogenase scaffolds and expansion of halogenase biocatalytic scopes. doi.org/10.1002/cctc.2âĶ

Our first publication on P450 enzymes led by Suppalak Phaisan has just been published. We identified and characterized a new CYP152 fatty acid decarboxylase from L. alkaliphilus. It has several unique structural characteristics. jbc.org/article/S0021-âĶ
