Need better enforcement & response from Spin Pittsburgh on scooters obstructing sidewalks. First report took a week for Spin to respond. Next one took 4.5 days later saying they'd move them "ASAP". (ASAP would have been 4 days ago.) They need to get better! @pgh311 Spin
