Phyllis Caldwell-George, President and CEO of Financial Pathways says that nonprofit leaders of color are often underfunded and dealing with imposter syndrome. She also says equity is more than a statement -- if a funder says they're doing equity work, are they truly addressing it?


Adam Hill, Executive Director of Forsyth Futures says "When funders know our work and what we do, they may direct other funders our way." Funders can leverage their relationships with those in their networks to help identify funding opportunities for nonprofits.
