Big sign of Democratic enthusiasm: The 2025 Virginia LG primary vote total has surpassed the 2021 LG vote total (481,365) -- despite the fact that there is no Gov primary to drive turnout this year.

We're 139 days out from Election Day. Turnout in the 2025 LG primary beat turnout in the 2021 LG primary, when voters were also choosing their candidate for Gov. An amazing stat. Onward to Nov & victories for Abigail Spanberger, Senator Hashmi, Jay Jones, and our House majority.

It was great to be with our next Gov, Abigail Spanberger, and candidates who will expand our majority in the House of Delegates!
