Today is International Day of Education. Since 2015, Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office has supported over 10 million girls to obtain a decent education. We are committed to ensuring every girl can meet their #RightsFreedomPotential

As Head of His Majesty’s Diplomatic Service and on behalf of all colleagues in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, we wish His Majesty a full and speedy recovery. Messages have come in from around the world wishing him a return to full health. Our thoughts and prayers are with the King.

Delighted to meet Theodora Gentzis 🇧🇪 Belgium MFA for productive discussions across a variety of issues. Demonstrates the strength of 🇬🇧-🇧🇪 bilateral relations.

Delighted to welcome David Lammy to Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office as our new Foreign Secretary.
