[4/n] Morphine induced FC change is time- and dose-dependent, i.e. higher the dose, stronger and faster the effect. The pattern is absent in MOP KO mice. Tolerance induction reduces its intensity but also accelerates the FC shift. Similar features are found with other opiates.
