New publication from Faraday Institution FutureCat project asking the question: Does Oxygen Dimerization Occur without Oxidation in Li2NiO3? | ACS Energy Letters pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acā¦

Dimers, dimers everywhere.... but what does it mean? Here, we show that O dimerization is independent of bulk redox processes and that a transformation toward a reduced phase remains the only variable capable of generating OāO dimers in Li2NiO3. Faraday Institution
