From the 21st October we move to our Winter trading hours. The visitor centre will be closed every Monday and Tuesday. Our shop, exhibition and cafe will be open Wednesday through to Sunday from 10am until 4.30pm. We hope to welcome you for a visit soon ☕️🧁

With the winter weather and amber warnings in place, the visitor centre will be closed today (Saturday 23rd November) to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We will reopen tomorrow.

All the staff at Pitlochry Dam Visitor Centre would like to wish all our customers a very Happy Christmas, we close today for our Christmas break and reopen on Friday 27th at 10am. 🌲🎊

The water runoff from over 1,800 square kilometres of the Cairngorm mountains will eventually make its way down to Loch Faskally. The colour of the water spilling over the dam shows how much heavy, persistent rain this area has seen recently. #pitlochrydam @sserenewables
