Chief Duncan and members of the PCPD K-9 Unit presented “Doc Y” a plaque of thanks and respect for the many years of service to Plant City. "Doc Y" has provided healthcare, love, and compassion to our K-9 partners for many years free of charge out of the kindness of his heart.

The PCPD received a visit from Rylan Budd and his Mom, Jen Budd. who brought an envelope of handmade cards from children in the Tampa area. The cards came courtesy of Spirit 90.5 FM's "10-24 Project". PCPD appreciates this gesture and thanks to all who made this possible.

As most people know, or have experienced, there is a major police presence on the Maki Rd. side of Plant City High School. ALL STUDENTS ARE SAFE - this is NOT a school incident. If you can use roads other than Maki Rd. please do so. Maki is closed.
