I've yet to see any actual hard evidence that the coins belonged to Roger Ver. Something very unsettling how these big "BREAKING" accounts painted an $8bn bounty on someone's life without even verifying the facts

This was a very important find by Brian Cohen. It needs more attention. While I don't think this is _the_ bitcoin audit report, this appears to be a singular government agency's bitcoin audit report (The Treasury Inspector General For Tax Administration).

Joe fails to grasp that "acquire bitcoin for shareholders" _is_ a false pretense. Company shares don't grant ownership or redemption rights over the company's bitcoin holdings. Common stockholders are at the bottom of the stack in bankruptcy They are just as scammy as ICOs
